Construction, dust, workers, missed deadlines, a lack of ideas or on the opposite – too many ideas, difficulty choosing materials… Sounds familiar!? Yes, house repairs and renovation is not always a simple and quick project, in which we want to invest all of our time and energy.

Trentini offers to carry out turn-key projects and manage the entire project– from finding an architect or designer, planning and coordinating the project, to construction and the complete furnishing, equipping and decoration.

 Trentini was entrusted a 115 m2 apartment that needed to be completely renovated. The apartment is located in one of the most desirable and beautiful neighborhoods of Riga – the quite center. The fact that an apartment has not had any renovations done, allows planning the living space according to the client’s needs and lifestyle. The renovation began with building the walls. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were made. In the bathrooms, only high-quality materials were used – 41zero42 and Inalco tiles, and additionally they feature products from such excellent manufacturers as Flaminia, Fantini, Novelini, Falper and Ex-t. All rooms have TUBES radiators and Albed doors with Olivari handles.

Riga Parket oak parquet was used for the apartment’s floor. The lighting is made by Artemide, Molto Luce and Marset. Whereas the kitchen area is equipped with the esthetically functional Arclinea kitchen.

The interior was completed with Trentini gallery’s display furniture from Maxalto, B&B Italia, Flos and Ligne Roset.

The result is not only esthetic and of outstanding quality, but also practical and ergonomic, directing attention to every detail.

The total construction and finishing costs – 500 EUR/m².
