A large-scale Microsoft Estonia reconstruction project in Tallinn, Estonia
While modernizing the interior, the company has altered also its work culture, improved functionality of workplaces and formal and informal meeting zones, and reduced its total area of premises. The total area of the premises used decreased from 694 m2 (prior to reconstruction) down to 605 m2 (post reconstruction). Individual work zones that previously occupied 374 m2 have been replaced by open-type work zones with the total area of 98 m2. Formal and informal meeting zones have been increased from 156 m2 up to 271 m2.
